The Design Process that we follow generally includes the following steps:
Discovery
During our initial meeting or conversation, we get to know each other, your company’s goals, and the project’s goals, expectations and needs. Usually we’ll discuss past projects, competitive projects and sample work to see in what direction you would like to direct the project.
Estimate
We then create a realistic cost estimate that is within the project’s goals. Our work stays within our budget and our clients usually find that they get more than what they pay for.
Investigation
We then take your materials and direction and perform additional research into the project’s needs to see how to solve the challenges with effective design and layout practices while proposing custom designs and visuals. Our experience and education contribute to providing successful solutions and effective designs.
Mockups and Roughs
Pages are prepared on our site for you to review the work in progress and discuss them with your team. We elicit your feedback to make sure we’re following your directions and answering the project’s needs. We also offer a service provided by Glance Networks of sharing our desktop. You will be able to see how the work gets done in real-time and have the opportunity to be a “back-seat driver” and give direction for the designs.
Review and Modifications
You will have several opportunities to review the designs and work in-progress. We pride ourselves on responding quickly to your comments and requests – your concerns will not fall on deaf ears.
Production
Once the direction is solid, production of the materials commences or continues from the mockups. At appropriate intervals, we publish work in process for you to see the “real” product as it takes shape. Again, always accepting comments and redirection.
Review and Modifications
To ensure the project’s success, we will be looking for your final sign-off on the finished product. Our job is not complete until the project’s goals are met and you, the client are happy.
Delivery and Followup
When the design meets up to our high standards and to the project’s goals, we provide the project in the final format so you don’t have to wonder how to use it. We provide instruction and preparation that eliminates any guess-work. We’ll use convenient methods to deliver the product to you in a ready-to-use format.
